Perched amidst the pristine pine trees and mountain tops of Southern Utah, Eagle Point Resort offers the kind of laid back, intimate experience that is so often missing in ski resorts.

Eagle Point, ideally located around a 3 hour drive from both Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, is committed to distinguishing itself by prioritizing the visitor and owner experiences. Eagle Point offers unique lodging options and amenities with a keen focus on maintaining its unique charm and appeal. It’s with those qualities in mind, that we are actively collaborating to plan out the future of this landmark resort.

New amenities and offerings currently in the early planning stages include ski-in/ski-out condos, design-focused tiny homes, mid-size lots, boulder hiking park, short term lodging, camp sites, an energy station and more.
